Trainer workouts this week.

New year and back to working out with my favorite trainer again.

He gets me and knows when to push me and take me out of my comfort zone. This week we changed up the routine and he added the stair stepper. I can not lie I have not been on one of those since we lived in Minnesota. So dreading having to do it I did it anyways and have added it in with my cardio days to help me get back to using it again.

Wednesday workout:
5-10 minute warm up on the treadmill
Kettle bell swings with 25 pounds for 20 reps two times
Pre core chest Press with 60 pounds with reps of 15 for three times
Stair mill for two minutes straight
Pre core Pec Deck with 45 pounds for 15 reps for three times
Kettle Bell swings with 20 pounds for 20 reps two times

Friday workout:
5-10 minutes on the treadmill for warm up
Kettle bell swings with 25 pounds for 20 reps two times
Goblet Squats while holding 25 pound kettle bell for 15 reps three times
Stair mill for two minutes straight
Leg Extensions with 60 pounds for 15 reps for three times
Kettle Bell Swings with 25 pounds for 20 reps two times
Leg Curls with 65 pound for 20 reps two times

After both workout I jump back on the bike for an additional 30-40 minutes.
