Day 5, 6 and 7

I've definitely noticed that I'm not that good with keeping up to date on this change but I'm good with keeping up with logging food. I'll take it anyway I can get it. I have been busy with running around so much that I almost forget what day it is. I have yet to sign up for the gym but that is on the agenda for tomorrow. Next week should be a better week where I can figure out my routine for the long haul. I don't really plan on there being a difference in the scale this week so my victory will be everything that I got done so far this year.
