I'm trying to get into the workout groove, but I'm having such a hard time. Yesterday I was literally in the gym parking lot before deciding to skip my workout. The gym was just soooo busy and I didn't have my headphones and ugh... I did manage to get on the treadmill for a few minutes, but my feet still couldn't handle running so I was done after 10 minutes. I am going to try again tonight to make it to the gym.
I am pushing through otherwise, here are my stats (19.35% thru the month as of yesterday):
Cardio minutes: 14/400 (3.5% complete)
30 DS: 0/12 (0% complete)
Plank seconds: 200/1500 (13.333% complete)
Classes: 0/10 (0% complete)
Stretching minutes: 11/140 (7.8% complete)
Green Smoothies: 2/10 (20% complete)
My nutrition has been on point. I'm proud of myself there. Even with lunch out with my mom and a glass of wine that day I managed to stay within range. I've lost about 6.5lbs this week, but obviously that is all water weight. I'm just ready for the gym to not be so busy with the New Years rush so I can get back to my routine!
