Still learning

I have managed breakfast even morning so far even when I had to be in at 6 am I would pack breakfast and lunch along with snacks. I'm not doing so well tracking, probably being lazy or some other b.s. I tell myself. I do know for sure I seem to be hungrier and I read every label at the store before purchasing. I've become more aware of my needs and its a constant working at this Change of lifestyle, not a diet!!!! I will work on Vision statement soon. I love this place. I know I can turn my self esteem and self worth around. It helps seeing the little steps adding up.
