1. I worked out. I've been pretty good at avoiding it. Finally I broke down and went tonight. It was later than I'd like, but it got done. 2. I ate fast food. I didn't beat myself up about it. It happened. I moved on. I ate better the next meal. 3. I cleaned. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but when I get depressed or out of sorts my housekeeping is the first thing that goes. Feeling a bit more positive today.

    I find my living space is a direct reflection on my inner space. If it's cluttered and dark then my living space tends to be that way as well. It's great that you cleaned!

    Way to go. Don't get hung up on those little slips. As long as you admit them and then get back on track you will feel better and work towards your goals.
