1. I worked out. I've been pretty good at avoiding it. Finally I broke down and went tonight. It was later than I'd like, but it got done.
2. I ate fast food. I didn't beat myself up about it. It happened. I moved on. I ate better the next meal.
3. I cleaned. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but when I get depressed or out of sorts my housekeeping is the first thing that goes.
Feeling a bit more positive today.
