Happy New Year, friends!

I hate to do this to you guys, but I am way behind playing catch up. A friend of the family was fixing our computer between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I had no opportunity to blog. I still want to write them if only for my own benefit. More timely and relevant blogs soon to come!

-I only tracked my food 5 days this week, so I will make my trends proportionate to a 5-day week.

-I consumed 10,575 calories this week, which averages 1510 calories per day. I met my caloric goals 3/7 days this week!

-I earned 545 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 4,005 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 940 net calories a day, which is right on target!

-I maintained 161 this week, but I'm motivated and I'm sure it will go down!
