Happy New Year, friends!

I hate to do this to you guys, but I am way behind playing catch up. A friend of the family was fixing our computer between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I had no opportunity to blog. I still want to write them if only for my own benefit. More timely and relevant blogs soon to come!

NUTRITION

I met my caloric goals of 1450 calories or less 16/30 days this month, which is only 53% accuracy! I started the month very strong, but the end of the month fell apart. Thanksgiving brings its own set of challenges!



FITNESS

This month I earned 1,920 fitness minutes! I met my cardio goals all month, my strength training goals only the first half of the month.



WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS

I gained 4 pounds, from 159 to 163 by the end of the month. Luckily most of that added weight came off quickly and easily.

OTHER NOVEMBER ACCOMPLISHMENTS

emoticon I read 4 books: Mythology (a textbook); Mechanically Inclined (a grammar and writing instructional book); The Thirteenth Tale; and 9 Rights of Every Writer.

emoticon I wrote 6 blogs!

emoticon For the first time in almost a year, I faced the measuring tape! (see above) I don't particularly like the numbers, but at least I did it!
