Normally I don't buy into the jumpstarts or quick fixes but I saw this on instagram and thought it looked interesting. In doing a little more research it seemed do able. Easy exercises, some cardio. No gym. And healthy, clean eating. What's 28 days. I can do 28 days. Tracking all my food, exercise and water on here so that after 28 days I can keep the habit going.
So I stepped on the scale Monday for the start and it was a number that I haven't seen since I was pregnant, very pregnant, with my girls. I was sad, mad and disgusted all at the same time. I didn't think I looked that bad. My clothes weren't that tight. How could I let myself get like this. So now is the time to do something about this.
Here I keep going. One step, one meal, one day at a time.
