28 jumpstart

Normally I don't buy into the jumpstarts or quick fixes but I saw this on instagram and thought it looked interesting. In doing a little more research it seemed do able. Easy exercises, some cardio. No gym. And healthy, clean eating. What's 28 days. I can do 28 days. Tracking all my food, exercise and water on here so that after 28 days I can keep the habit going.
So I stepped on the scale Monday for the start and it was a number that I haven't seen since I was pregnant, very pregnant, with my girls. I was sad, mad and disgusted all at the same time. I didn't think I looked that bad. My clothes weren't that tight. How could I let myself get like this. So now is the time to do something about this.
Here I keep going. One step, one meal, one day at a time.

    Don't berate yourself, it doesn't do any good. Just do your best now. After losing all my weight, I put about 10 pounds back on this summer. I haven't exercised at all. I just started back to physical therapy in preparation of a double knee replacement. All we can do is move forward. emoticon

    You can definitely do 28 days. Go for it!!!
    Skip the scale shaming, though. Just keep going, one day at a time.
