    Love running! Tho not in the cold.... so I try other things hula hooping and my stationary bike. I also do a fitness show on demand. Foodwise I could eat souo every day twice a day! My newest one is a carrot ginger soup ! How about you?

    Salmon dishes. Tuna salad on pita bread. Healthy chicken salad recipes with apples, grapes, & Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Quesadilla broiled in oven (mexican blend ch, green onions, taco or chili seasoning, refried beans or chicken, Chichi's salsa)

    Elliptical. Bodyweight & HIIT exercises. Fav meals: Kashi Go Lean Granola, Blueberries, Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Spinach, Strawberries, Baked Chicken, Raspberry Vinaigrette. Egg beaters, cheddar cheese, salsa, while wheat tortilla.
