ups and downs

I've been a spark person since febuary and am not getting to my goal wt. Sometimes I track calories better than other times. Sometimes I don't have the time to eat right and track what I'm doing and sometimes I just don't feel like it. I am hanging in there though. My goal is to track my food all during the week and to take the weekends off. I continue to exercise because I love it and need it. I just wish my appetite was better controlled.
