So it is no surprise that I am not good self-starter or self motivated...

Look at the blog entries - the months between me logging in-- the countless "Restarting"...

Enough about the past---

Today looks like this:
100 fast feet - each foot step counts as one
15 table top push ups: my table is a typical coffee table about 18" high
90 butt kicks: really concentrating on hitting my butt with my heels
15 Tricep dips: from same table top
80 high knees: self explanatory -- and working hard at not passing out
15 Inchworms : Standing to plank and back up
70 step ups to same table: alternating legs (35 each side)
15 Plank twists
60 calf raises from same table top
15 seconds for a DRINK OF WATER
50 crunches
15 swimmers- on belly- swing arms and kick feet
40 squats
15 second plank on hands
30 leg raises: 15 left/right either on same table or higher chair
15 bicycles
20 seconds in down-dog yoga pose
15 second plank on elbows
10 burpees
15 seconds of Child Pose

WATER: 128 oz. (102 is minimum)
