Day 3 and 4

Yesterday I did absolutely nothing. I was so exhausted from Christmas break that I sat around until 4 pm. Then I didn't sleep well at all last night.
Today was a good day. Kids are back in school, I'm back to working and getting things done. I did good today with staying in my calories even with eating left over pork, potatoes and sauerkraut for dinner tonight.
Tomorrow is a whole new day with gym membership and getting the rest of things done that I didn't get to today. I'm still feeling excited and best of all motivated.
