Meditation Progress Report

Hi Folks, I started meditation each morning as I get up and before bed at night. Spend 10 minutes each time. Learned it helps me focus, concentrating and relaxing during stressful moments. Using an android app meditation self hypnosis. Anyone else blending meditation into their weight loss program? Love to hear your feedback.
