3.0 Challenge & Whole30

Today I started the BBM 3.0 challenge. Day one consisted of a fit test. I was definitely feeling not having done anything but walking the last week! Test was comprised of 8 exercises 50 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest in between.

Squats with shoulder press: 26
Tricep dips: 27
Jump squats: 22
Pushups: 17 (no modifications! YAY!!)
Lunge kick left side: 17
Lunge kick right side: 16
Mountain climbers: 54
Plank- held for 1 minute (no modifications! YAY!!)

I'm ok with my results. I did have some "help" and some distractions from little man which is normal for me working out in the mornings.

I'm now starting day 4 of Whole30 and it's going well. I spent some time yesterday prepping things for this week. I made my own BBQ sauce and ketchup. It wasn't hard at all and made quite a bit. I'm going to try making some ranch and possibly some almond butter as well.

    Great fit test results. I think I could manage 2 tricep dips in 50 seconds! Good luck to you on this endeavor--although we all know it's not luck but preparation and determination that lead us to success.
