7 week streak!

You slacker, why haven't you lost weight in 7 weeks? Well, I can tell you. I have not been serious about changing my diet. None of us are dumb, we are smart enough to know we got overweight for a reason. The way to get rid of it varies from person to person. For example, I gained weight due to medication and hormonal imbalance. I do not lose it because i was not honest with myself. I did not commit to eating healthier. I did commit to being honest with logging, and that's why I have a 7 week streak! I'm so pleased that i am doing better, that this is the week I start to cut out sugars! YAY!

Calories, staying quite on track past month, but counting calories doesn't work for me. Protien is way low, carbs are way high. Guess what I need to do next? :)
