1. Road trip without junk food. No soda. No fast food. Rarely has that happened.
2. Stopped for lunch and at 1/3 the plate. I stopped eating when I was no longer hungry. I then ate 1/3 for dinner. Satisfied but not stuffed or deprived.
3. Cut up and portioned veggies "to go" bags for snacks that are quick and easy.
