I don't make New Year's Resolutions. I make life goals as I need them. Why wait until a new year to do what I know needs to be done. This way what needs to get done, gets done.
For January I will:
Eat within my calories allowance of 1200 to 1550 six days a week.
Walk 10 min + five days a week.
Strength train 2x a week.
Spend 15 min 3 days a week getting rid of things that I don't love.
Will blog weekly on my progress.
Except for the ST and blogging, these are things that I am already doing. I have been watching what I eat but haven't been real strict on keeping it in that range.
I won't beat myself up if/when I have a slip up, I will forgive myself and get right on track again.
I WILL loose my 5% during this challenge.
