Goals for my day

Sunday, January 03, 2016

Ive been on winter break the last two weeks. It's a perk to working in education. I didn't do everything over the break that I intended, but I got a few things done. Today I'm going to clean my room. It's very messy, but last year I organized my furniture so that I had floor space to do yoga... But that space is full of clutter currently. I'm going to clear it out. After that area is clear, I'm hooking up my new wii u and wii fit to my rarely used TV in my room and I'm finding all the fitness videos and moving them to my room. Then, if time, I'm clearing out the kitchen of old stuff and bad stuff. I need some new appliances to really make it a good place to cook, but I'm in the process of buying my house off of the ex, so that can wait until that's all done (the holidays have made this refi a long drawn out process). Oh.. And my weight is already 6 pounds less than yesterday... That's me and water retention. I think since I've had all those post weight loss skin surgeries, my lymphatic drains are not the most efficient... We will see what the number is in a week. And the no sugar thing.. So far, so good. I feel my mood and energy increasing. It's nice! First I'm going for a walk because I need a little fresh air.

Good for you in getting things ready for when you go back to work.

I'm trying to do some decluttering myself. I've been trying to get my yarn stash organized (again). My moratorium on acquiring new yarn didn't last and it's getting out of hand again. I did get some of it put away today, but I have a big bag a friend gave me that I'm not sure of what to do with. I guess that it is like losing weight, a little bit at a time...

    Have a good week!
