Total blow-it day

I started the day out well, low cal breakfast, soup & sandwich for lunch, & munch on whatever until I went to bed. Oh geez. I feel like a blob today. Virtually no exercise. Ok, when I went to my brother's house to drop off my last Christmas gift to a friend that was visiting yesterday, I did a stair workout. It was a much needed break.
Today is the start of a new day, so...back to it. I had my lazy day. To the gym when they open in an hour for a 30 min glutekicker routine & weights.
I am still so amazed at the muscles I feel in my arms & back. It's been so long since I've felt them that it seems strange to feel the firmness. I like it. I still have a long way to go, but this year will see me not only reach my goal, but maintain & hopefully, lose more.
