I started the day out well, low cal breakfast, soup & sandwich for lunch, & munch on whatever until I went to bed. Oh geez. I feel like a blob today. Virtually no exercise. Ok, when I went to my brother's house to drop off my last Christmas gift to a friend that was visiting yesterday, I did a stair workout. It was a much needed break. Today is the start of a new day, so...back to it. I had my lazy day. To the gym when they open in an hour for a 30 min glutekicker routine & weights. I am still so amazed at the muscles I feel in my arms & back. It's been so long since I've felt them that it seems strange to feel the firmness. I like it. I still have a long way to go, but this year will see me not only reach my goal, but maintain & hopefully, lose more. Have a great day.

    Glutekicker program is on the octane fitness 3700 elliptical machine. It also has an armblaster program. I just do weights for my arms. I'm at level 11.

    Take it one day at time and don't be so hard on yourself. You obviously can do it! And by the way, glutekicker? Go for it!
