New year- Day 1

It seems like everyone has the New Year, New You motto but then quickly falls off that after a week with no results. I have done this so many times but now I am in it to win it. I want to be not only skinnier but healthier. I feel and look horrible so that's when it hits me. I have the mindset finally to do this all on my own. I don't need someone else to make sure that I eat healthy and exercise regularly. Sure it's nice to have that extra strength but I only need ME!
My goals are:
Exercise daily - even if only 30 minutes
I want to be able to lose 80 pounds by this day of 2017. That gives me 1 year to reach my goal and I know I will do it.
