Working on the plan

It's a matter of organizing our time and pencil it on on the calendar. Even with a hectic work schedule we will schedule 4 Times a week to go to the gym. And that's it. When we are short on time we will make sure to at least do our cardio. On days we have more time we will circuit train, free weights etc. I'm also planning on buying some mats and weights when money allows it. I also need to work on my mindfulness. I've gone from battling the depression to being manic. Allow I prefer being manic it does take its toll on me physically and mentally. Wishing over a happy and healthy new year!
