2015 Kissed My Shrinking Butt Good-Bye!!

2015 was a crazy year for me! I dedicated myself to CrossFit and never looked back. This decision gave back to me in so many ways it is unreal.
Paleo - I converted to the Paleo lifestyle of eating. ALL my labs showed huge improvements. My cholesterol dropped 40 points and my good cholesterol took a huge jump. Best part....no calorie counting.
Weight/Measurements - I jump on the scale, but it doesn't define me. I can weigh anywhere from 159-165 lbs on any given day and still fit in a size 8/10 pant.
Gains - OMG! I have unbelievable shoulders and I am starting to get serious leg definition in my quads. I'm okay wearing shorter shorts at the gym now and don't care if my shirt doesn't stay tucked into my shorts doing handstand push ups. I'll never have "abs", but I don't have to wear my fat containment system anymore either. I can do real pull-ups now too.
Confidence - Nothing can buy this and I've never had a lot of it until now. CrossFit and what it has done for my attitude is the reason I now have a teaching position. My gains through CrossFit have given me confidence and discipline in so many different areas of my life.
CrossFit changed my life, changed my body, and is changing my life path!
