In the new year I don't make a resolutions I make goals. To me a resolution is a dream without a plan, so I prefer goals, this gives me something to work towards all year.
Below is my list of goals from 2015 and how I did. Overall 2015 was AMAZING hoping that 2016 can be just as good, or better.
Do 5 consecutive pull-ups Got up to doing 10, not great form but done
Master a handstand Got it! Need to work on longevity.
Complete a monthly fitness challenge Half of the year did well, the other half, eh.
Workout for 30 min. or run 3 miles every day Provided I don't ditch tomorrow, done.
Continue Running streak Done. 501 days going strong.
Run 1000+ Miles Up to 1746 with one day left.
Stay at or below 155 lbs. or size 7 jeans Did it. WoooHooooo!!!!
Complete an obstacle race Did the Dirty Dash 10k
PR 1 Mile PR'd with 6 min : 26 sec
PR 5k PR'd with 20 min : 56 sec
PR 10K PR'd with 45 min : 24 sec
PR Half Marathon PR'd with 1 hour: 36 min : 12 sec
Take 1st in my division Took first in my division 2 times and placed overall once
Run 2 half Marathons DONE!
Run 5 10k’s DONE!
12/30/14 vs 12/3015, not much has changed and for that I am grateful!
