Day #2

Day 2 back on track. So far so good. I didn't exercise, but I did track my food and am eating within my calorie range. I also went and had some drinks with my mom today and actually tracked all of that, and I am still within my range.

My goal is to be down about 20lbs by the middle/end of March. I just have to keep remembering that it is a marathon, not a sprint and I need to be happy with the small steps I make. I need to remember that tomorrow evening!!

    I'd be willing to bet that by the end of March, you'll have lost those 20 lbs. It's tracking that works so well. Exercise is great for health, but it takes almost a superhuman amount of it to "incinerate" any considerable number of calories. But if you're tracking your caloric intake, I promise (because that's the way I lost my weight) - you won't lose at losing! - Mary
