Day 2 back on track. So far so good. I didn't exercise, but I did track my food and am eating within my calorie range. I also went and had some drinks with my mom today and actually tracked all of that, and I am still within my range.
My goal is to be down about 20lbs by the middle/end of March. I just have to keep remembering that it is a marathon, not a sprint and I need to be happy with the small steps I make. I need to remember that tomorrow evening!!
