Back on Track (Hopefully)

I am really trying to get myself back on track, but it is so hard. About 5-6 years ago, I lost 40+ pounds. This last year, I gained half of it back. I am so disgusted with myself. I know what I need to do, but there are days when being completely unhealthy looks so much easier than do what is right and what I need to.
My goal is to get back into the groove slowly. I am starting by tracking my food each and every day. I am incorporating exercise into my own personal program, but I am not going to go overboard.
I'm also hoping my husband gets on board also. He has some weight to lose and I would like to do this together. It is so much easier when we are both on the same page. I just need to make sure we both stay motivated. I also have to remember small steps. Small steps work best, and I know this!
