It's been so long!

It's surprising that considering how significant SP was in my weight loss, that I have not really used it in the last year and a half! I used to track my nutrition and fitness daily, knowing that it helps me stay more aware of what I'm consuming and doing.
If it's so helpful, why did I stop? Tracking can take time and it's often easy to forget certain meals.
Anywho, I am starting again. I have been trying to lose weight for years and have been fortunate to go from 205 lbs down to 158lbs now. My goal is 140, so I'm heading in the right direction! I was working in Japan for the last few months and lost a fair bit of weight there due to the high humidity and lack of appetite. Although I put some of that weight back one when it started to get colder, people did comment that I looked slimmer than when I left the UK.
I'm nearly determined to get fitter (didn't do much exercise in Japan) and lose the last 18 lbs, but feel that something like an accountability partner would really help. But who to ask? I'm looked in this website and yet no-one seems available. If you're interested in losing weight together, send me a message :)
