Well, it's been almost a year since I started my weight loss/healthier me goals. I am happy to report that since January 23,2015 to December 18,2015 I have lost 64 lbs & 16". It's been along road, but I'm happy to say I'm glad I've made it. I am now able to walk up steps, I am doing core weight training 3-4 times a week, and 60 minutes of cardio 1-2 times a week. I also am doing boot camps which last an hour twice a week. I never thought I would ever participate in them. It feels good to be able to do these.. Will be starting the next weight loss challenge in January, can't wait to see what happens in the next 90 days.. For anyone out there that is struggling to get healthier you can do it! If I can anyone can!
