Of a really good workout. Decided I needed more than Jessica today, so off to the gym I went. Did 30 min on the glutekicker program, 3 min cool down then did some upper & lower body strength training. I'm sure I'm going to feel this in a couple days. Then when I got home, took the dogs for a walk. Felt good.

So back to healthy eating. The hubby is making 13 bean soup. (YUM!) Oh how I love his cooking. Since I have been working hard on my weight loss, he's been changing some of his cooking methods. Also, instead of serving me, he has me take what I want so that I don't over eat.

Before going to my brother's house for lunch/dinner yesterday, I did get a routine in with Jessica. A 30 min disco dance. Her dance walk routines are fun, at least for me.
