I am pretty regular at getting 3 miles done on the days I am not working. I need to find something different for days when I am working, I am thinking 10 minutes on the eliptical may be a great start, considering I teach Zumba and do the curves circuit when I am working the extra time on the eliptical may be just what I need. I have a goal to lose .5 pound a week. I know that doesnt sound like much but considering everything, I think that is best.
