Well, it is that time of year again. The end of 2015 is near and I did not reach my goal weight and have to much to go to make it. So. this week will be spent preparing my mind for a successful 2016 in regards to eating healthy and exercise.
During this holiday time, remember that you will never "find" time to do some things that really matter. If you want time to do certain things, then you must make the time to be available. So. with that in mind, plan and make memories for your loved ones! Make this family time a time to be cherished in the hearts and minds of those you chose to spend time with these next few weeks.
