emoticon Stay in calorie range - not quite enough protein today, but still in range. If I average the last 4 days of protein, I am still way ahead.

emoticon 45-60 minutes of fitness - I got 3 short walks in today & some yoga

emoticon Blog each day with an update - Today, I feel like my Lyme disease may be coming back. I called my last Infectious Disease dr & they are not accepting new Lyme patients. Since its been over 5 years since I've been there, they have to check with the dr to see if I can be a returning patient. I'm not even sure if I WANT to go there if that's not what they are focusing on anymore. I did search out 3 other local dr's, so I may call them tomorrow.
Just for reference, my symptoms are: neck pain, stiff/tense neck, headaches, tiredness (trying to determine if this is just normal holiday tiredness), left arm feeling tingly & numb, left foot feeling the same. I was having some "pre-faint" feelings in the last month, but those have been less the last few days.
I'm also just dealing with a sense of "don't give a darn". I know we all go thru it, and I do at hormonal times. This just feels like its hung on a long time & isn't getting better.
I will keep checking on my symptoms & doing the things I know will keep/make me healthy - fitness, water, good healthy food, sleep.
