It is such a beautiful day here in Alabama....the weather is just like spring time, no complaints here. Today I went out and enjoyed a walking track I had not been to in was so refreshing....there is a creek that runs through it and there were ducks and small waterfalls along the way. Just enjoying Gods creation is so wonderful. I got in a 4 mile walk and would have gone more but my legs were getting a bit tired and I want to be able to walk tomorrow. = )

I still have some things to get done today.....the nail shop and buying groceries for my weekend meal prepping. I love to meal prep, saves so much time during the week, not to mention it alleviates the excuses that may come up during the week when I am running short on time.
I prefer to keep my meals as simple as possible. And eating the same things over and over are fine also. I do not get all that bored with it....its just food and I eat to live, not live to eat.
I do enjoy the occasional treats but 90% of the time I stick to the low carb way of eating. I just feel better when I do that. I have more energy and mental clarity.

I am currently in a 10 week challenge and it just started this week. Looking forward to what the next 10 weeks hold in store for me. Looking forward to change physically as well as mentally. I firmly believe when we get our mind right the rest will fall into place.
