2 weeks done!

I cannot believe it's already been two weeks. I'm down 4.6 lbs, and to be honest I thought it would be more than that - I usually drop bigger numbers for the first week or two. I'm still very much on track through and doing more of a slow and steady pace which I know I can keep up. Big picture - I'm already at 9% of my goal!
So far I have not had any major slip ups and am still feeling in control. I have not been feeling what I would traditionally describe as "hungry" (rumbly belly, want to eat everything in sight, etc.) but instead start feeling exhausted/irritable when I need food - just learning the different signals my body is throwing out there is pretty cool!
My co-worker put a bowl of candy corn on my desk (one of my favs) - she didn't know I was trying to eat clean, and we keep treats out for our team to grab (which I will end once it's all gone). Very happy to say I have not eaten 1 piece. It's funny watching everyone walk up and grabbing some while they talk to me or walk by, and I sit there secretly clapping my hands for myself for resisting. This past week also did not eat - donuts, cake, rice crispy treats, chocolate chip cookies, nachos....work is FULL of unhealthy food!
Also happy to say I have earned my first "day off" coupon which I'm saving for Christmas time. How this works - I earn a "stamp" on my coupon for every day I eat within my calorie range (1200-1550) or have a 1000 calorie deficit for the day. I need to get 10 stamps to earn the coupon. I can use my coupon to not track food for a day and eat whatever I want. This way I know I'm doing what I need to at least 90% of the time and giving myself the freedom to enjoy myself every now and again without guilt. I think this is something that will work for me - I guess we will see!
We have house guests this weekend so I'm trying to stay on track while most likely needing to go out to restaurants at some point. Luckily we have a few really good local places that make fresh, all natural food so I think I'll be ok. I've also found that a few higher calorie days every now and then gives me a little boost to weight loss, so i'm not sweating it too much! Wish me luck!
