Well I managed to do 200 lengths in the pool yesterday that's 3.1 miles & what was even better about the day was that when I got weighed at group in the evening I'd lost the 4lbs I'd strangely gained the week before. However I suppose I shouldn't be surprised because I've really made sure that I stuck to plan. Hopefully I can lose another 3lbs to make it to my Christmas goal of 5 1/2 stone loss (77lbs) in the next week & a half.
