My Absolutes (because i'm a sugar addict)

This goes with my goals as I am practicing coming up with game plans for different situations. I was reading an article about Will Power and it lead me to thoughts about what I will absolutely not give up. Dark chocolate being at the top of that list. #2 would be my coffee creamer International Delight white chocolate raspberry. I don't dare look at the nutritional values on it, because it just tastes so bad for me. I know eventually I will give it up. I struggle with the coffee anyways(still a big trigger for me, to want to smoke.)
#3 would a real bad one, but it will be a work in progress, is Sweat tea. Although I don't have it on a daily basis, it is something I am not willing to give up just yet.#4 would be a once in awhile(like once a month) a juicy cheese burger and onion rings from Cheeseburger Bobbies. Because for the most part in our daily lives we have given up red meat.
Over the years I have given up a lot of bad foods. Soda and cake products I still have trouble with. And when I give in to the craving, I feel guilty or I say I didn't really miss that... So yes I am a sugar addict. Whew, I finally admitted that! So this is why I needed to come up with a list of absolutes! Oh forgot another biggie that I struggle with on a daily basis and that would be ice cream! But that can not be an absolute unless I find something that fits in my healthy criteria. I just haven't researched it yet. So I'm open to suggestions.
