Set Goals

I set my first goal to lose 20# by March 15 roughly 12 weeks. I have been eating more fruits and veggies. We cleaned out the kitchen for the most part I hardly ever buy junk food. We agreed on buying "good" dark chocolate. We are trying to eat Clean. I'm sure I need to read more about it. But Staying focused on fruits and veggies for now. Chicken and fish or Turkey for meat. No red meat! Oh we do meatless Mondays! I've been tweeking my veggie lasagna.I've slow getting on board the healthy eating, since for the past 2 months I've been focused on my quitting smoking journey. My bf, has already lost 40# in 2 months. I'm so proud of him. We are getting more consistent with our new lifestyle changes. Goal#2 is to go to the gym 4 days a week. We started not being so good at keeping ourselves accountable, I think we both are enablers.(something we are working on). Goal#3 To hold myself accountable on SP, with my tracking, and challenges.
