Plan for the Night 12/9

(It really helps me stay accountable if I blog my plans. I would feel too guilty about not working out!)
4:30 Arrive home
** Slow cooker meal already being made for dinner!
Best workout bet: Take the dog IMMEDIATELY for a walk/jog. It's supposed to be about 40 degrees and kind of sunny.
Backup plan: Run on treadmill while watching "Breaking Bad" Season 1, Episode 2.
Other backup plan: Go to the 7:00 TKD class...which should probably be my first priority. No reason why I can't go tonight...and my son Jack could come, too. Maybe the whole family? Sigh...Yes, this needs to be the plan.
(Why am I dragging my feet? It's simply that I don't trust tonight's instructor to give the best workout. But I can modify, right? Make it work.)
