Protein Pancake w/egg, oatmeal, blueberries

MMMMM! I started experimented with making these "pancakes" this summer--but today I found the perfect touch--protein powder! I'm so happy with my discovery! I added 1/2 a scoop of the powder--and now I've got a breakfast pancake with 25 g of protein. I think this is gonna be a main staple of breakfast from now on. 300 calories.
Scramble together egg, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. oatmeal, 1 T. pancake mix, 1/2 scoop protein pwdr. Add 1/4 c. blueberries. Cook on med. high in a nonstick omelet pan like you would a pancake or omelet--flipping only once. Should be done in about 5 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 1 7-inch pancake!
