Plan for the Night

For absolutely no reason, I have not worked out in three days. Hence, my plans for the night.

First, finish school at 3:00, supervise basketball games until 5:30, arrive home at 6:00, make a spaghetti dinner, eat dinner. Therefore, no workout until at least 7:00.

Option 1: Take the pup for a walk/jog. Minimum time: 30 minutes
Option 2: TKD forms in the rec room, possibly with weightlifting sets in between. Minimum time: 30 minutes

I will edit this entry after 9:00. Let's see how I do!

** I went with Option 1 and completed 2.25 miles in 30 minutes of walk/jogging in my hilly neighborhood. **
