A Strong Week

Here's my week in review.

Top Moments:
Logging in to Spark every day
Getting in 180 fitness minutes!
Sparring on Friday night with my husband
Eating pretty well at holiday parties on the weekend
Trying a Barre class
Holiday shopping is fun AND almost done
Presents got wrapped
Baked cookies with my daugher

Oops Moments:
Pretzels and a jar of peanut butter last night. Not bad, but deserves a head shake.
How did I let both Saturday and Sunday go by without a workout?
Son got the flu on Thursday -- wrench thrown in all plans that day

Overall Score: 8/10
Tracked well 5/7 days, got workouts in, enjoyed my family... All of that definitely cancels out the peanut butter jar.

    Just a query from an English girl - you refer to 'holiday shopping' whereas we'd say 'Christmas shopping' - is that a general US thing? Or do you say Christmas sometimes too?
