December 7, 2015 endurance

My last post was titled Breakdown Imminent. I had a few nights of ugly crying and a few zombie days of blank staring. I gained some weight and got a rash of migraines.
It's not over but part of overcoming is to endure, to get through this worst part and find another side. I am doing that work now. Here are my small goals to help myself.
1) track again
2) bike to work again (need to fix up my bike so it doesn't hurt my knees, doing that this morning)
3) church again, especially because I love Advent
4) drink only on weekends
5) take work less seriously (or try)
