Tuesday - 30 min of 21Day Fix Yoga
Wednesday - 30 min of stepper + weight training
Thursday - none
Friday - none (lots of waking)
Saturday - none
Sunday - 1 hour hike, 30 min of tabletennis, 30 min of 21 Day Fix aerobics

I didn't record all eating correctly, next week planning to do so. Will update my weight on Monday. Ok it's a slow start, but a good one. At least I put in some effort and limited my eating..
