here I sit in my cozy chair in front of my fire not wanting to move. Sipping my coffee on this chilly morning. I know if I don't workout I'll probably regret it later but I just feel like I need a day off.
If you need a day off then take it without guilt. It's a mistake to continually workout. I take a week off every 8 weeks. During the off week I'll just walk or go for an easy bike ride. Most important is to eat clean. 1509 days ago
