Costa Rica Challenge 30 minutes of exercise per day

I'm leaving for Costa Rica at the end of February. I've challenged myself to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes each day. Today I cycled for 45 minutes and completed my fifth consecutive day. Setting a small goal of 30 minutes makes it more manageable and I'm finding myself exceeding the 30 minutes most of the time. I really need to keep up the momentum because I failed during the maintenance stage of my weight loss when I gained 25 pounds back of my 50 pounds lost.
