Knock on wood

I'm on day 4 of my new healthy life and everything seems to be going alright so far - I'm definitely knocking on wood though! While there have been multiple opportunities the past 2 days at work to stray (hello Donut Monday, billing day pizza, and jolly rancher bowl!), I have not had any crazy cravings or problems. I've only really felt super hungry at night waiting for dinner to be ready since sometimes we eat later. I just feel like I'm in a strong place mentally, and I'll do whatever I can to stay here!
Tomorrow's challenge is a client visit which is when I always just eat whatever is provided for the meeting instead of feeling awkward about pulling out my little lunch bag. I'm going to bring a lunch and just suck up feeling embarrassed about being "on a diet".
I am going to post pictures of yummy things I eat on my blog. Mostly because sometimes I forget all the great things, delicious, healthy things I can eat and want to get re-inspired if I'm feeling deprived.
Quick Sunday Lunch: Hummus, Avocado, and Tuna on toast w/ kiwi - 439 calories
Sunday Dinner: Chickpea Curry, Fresh Pita with butter, and Salad (home grown!) - 404 calories
Monday Dinner: Chicken, Beets (home grown!), toast & avocado - 426 calories
