December has begun. I went to the post office yesterday and encountered a large line. The Christmas mailing season has begun. I have a few more things to mail, but will wait until I have more time to stand in line.

I doing better not eating at night or at least not right before I go to bed. Lots of sleep last night and improvement in my weight today. Seems the more sleep I get the better I do. emoticon

Remember to eat healthy and get your sleep this Christmas season. Slip in exercise at convenient times or make it an appointment so you go do it!!

    Great job with the weight. Yes this is a busy time of year for many of us. I plan to sneak exercise in whenever I can, some days it will be just 10 minutes but 10 is better than none. Today was one of those days for the 10 minutes. I am getting ready for a Christmas boutique here where we live this Saturday and just spent much of the day getting some projects closer to being done.
