My schedule for after work:
4:00 Get home. Take dog around the block. Greet kids. Defrost turkey soup for dinner. *Make grocery list based on Spark Solution.*
5:00 Soup and rolls for dinner
6:00 Tae kwon do class.
7:00 Stop at grocery store on the way home.
