Ugh, within under 2 weeks I'm 1/2 way through my allowances for 6 weeks. And the scale is proof.
I'm tired and feel so run down. I'm sick of work, sick of everything right now. I think its just the weather, this 7ish hours of day light, and COLD days. I just want to be in bed snuggling with my puppy dog. To top it off, I haven't eaten dinner yet and I have 10 calories to spare for the day. I don't plan on eating dinner because lunch was so big. So I might be able to salvage today.
I really don't want to go to the gym after work but I will. I will suffer through to get my steps and workout in. I know I'll feel better, but ugh... I really want to change up my workouts and the classes I'm taking but I've got to get my feet fixed first. Oh, speaking of which, I apparently went to the wrong place for my appointment last week so I haven't gotten to see the podiatrist yet.
I'd love to get into more intense workout classes, kickboxing, Insanity, etc but my feet just can't handle it right now. So I'll be in my Spoga class tomorrow just like always... and hopefully have some answers after that, as my rescheduled podiatrist appointment is tomorrow afternoon.
Oh well. I just need to get out of this funky funk. I need to get back to feeling good!
