Enjoy guilt free

Today is a day most dieters dread or feel very cautious about the Thanksgiving dinner table. I am on a very tight calorie count and am a little worried myself. But I got a little exercise in this morning and read my Sparkpeople article, blogs, and post and I think I am ready to make some good choices and eat small portions. If I go a little over, I will forgive myself! I can do this!!
