Well, I weighed myself today - one day early. 166.8 - about 1lb less than my low a few weeks back. I'll take it! I've been hanging right around 169-172 for a while and really want to get out of that few pound range. I am going to work really hard and hopefully get to 165 by Tuesday, to start the new month.

Also, my co-worker realized the Turkey Burn workout we planned on doing tomorrow is actually on Friday and neither of us can make it. So we are going to try an Insanity class instead. We are both pretty nervous since it looks like such an intense workout. Hopefully we don't die before Thanksgiving dinner!
